I know for a fact that Leslie is a modest blogger, and isn’t linking to her new posts on Lainey’s Plate. Well, I will do it for her (hope its ok Leslie). This recipe is sooo good. I made it the night she posted with one of my CSA beets and boy is it fantastic. Many, many children under 2 have had a taste and there are thumbs up all around. Thanks for the recipe Leslie- hope you had fun camping!
