We are very thankful for the rain and the first fruits from our garden: mushrooms and chard. With a pot of freshly cooked black beans, I am ready to make some burgers. You could use other kinds of beans or replace oats with breadcrumbs, but this held together and will be great for the grill.

These look great, I’ve never seen black bean burgers with chard! I’m adding this to my meal plan for the week:)
Thank you,
Jon
Happy to hear Jon. I hope you will enjoy. Growing up in Brazil, we pair black bean and collard green often, so I added the green we have, since we are growing chard. It did give a nice layer of texture for sure.
